PMR Preview: Alan O'Hargain

We thought it was fitting during the month of March to spotlight a valued team member in the PMR family: Alan O'Hargain. The reason "why" may be obvious in his name alone, but you can imagine that St. Patrick's Day is a special holiday for him.

St. Patrick's Day is an important holiday for the foodservice industry in America because it is widely celebrated nationwide, with people often gathering to socialize and eat. The holiday is associated with traditional Irish foods and drinks, such as corned beef and cabbage, Irish soda bread, and Guinness beer, which are popular menu items at many restaurants and bars. Additionally, the holiday provides an opportunity for restaurants and bars to offer themed specials and promotions, which can attract customers and boost sales.

With the additional emphasis placed on the social aspect of this holiday, we thought it would be fun if we interviewed Alan like you were getting to know him like you were out and about on the town with him. See his answers below:

Tell us a bit about yourself. How did you wind up at PMR?

Restaurant Daniel in New York. They just make 3-star cooking and service seem so relaxed and approachable to the average consumer and guest.

Who are your biggest influences?

No brown-nosing here, I promise! It has to be Shannon Steward.

What do you enjoy most about working at PMR?

My colleagues and friends, all 40 of them! The entire group is truly a great bunch of people.

If you could pick three dinner guests, living or dead, who would they be and why?
